The referees can be one of your former teachers from either Aarhus University or another university. Your suggested supervisors may also be your referees.
Recommendations may not be attached. Only a short prior consent from your referee may be attached.

How many referees may I write? According to the guidelines it is 2 referees but I can write 3 names in the application.
The application facility is the same for all 4 graduate schools at Aarhus University. Arts has decided that you may only suggest 1-2 referees.
May I suggest a referee from Aarhus University?
Yes, the referees may be from Aarhus University. The only difference between a referee employed at Aarhus University and a referee not employed at Aarhus University is the consent. We need a letter/e-mail with the consent from the person not employed at Aarhus University.
