As a faculty-employed PhD student, your salary is determined by the collective agreement's pay scale, considering any relevant seniority and the PhD supplement. Your base salary is pensionable, but the supplement is not.
Please see your contract for your current pay level.
The employment includes a special supplement of DKK 14,900.00 per year at the level applicable on 31 March 2012 with full-time employment.
Payment of wages

1 The full base salary is pensionable salary according to the below-mentioned special pension rules for PhD fellows.
2 The supplement is not pensionable.
Pension scheme
Optional pension
From 1 April 2025 it will be possible to have pension contributions exceeding 15% paid out as salary or paid into a savings scheme within the pension fund.
